This survey covers all panels,
breakers, outlets and equipment to reveal hot spots. It is well known that many
electrical and mechanical items give advance warning of their impending failure
by heating up and then fail when heat becomes intense. A dangerous life threatening
fire can result. In addition to the obvious safety factor, faulty electrical components
use more energy - pushing energy costs higher.
Learn the true condition of your electrical
system
Electrical abnormalities are classified as follows:
Critical - Failure of this component will have significant impact,
require costly repairs and/or present a potential personal hazard.
Severe - Failure is not expected to go beyond the component listed
and should have minimal impact. Repair costs could be significant.
Alert - Failure is of routine nature, and repairs can be made
easily and at a reasonable cost. Cost is, more often than not, limited to labor
and a few minor parts.
Our IR cameras enable us to see the heat
signatures associated with high electrical resistance long before the circuit
becomes hot enough to cause an outage or explosion.
